Good Move Property (operating alongside eXp Realty Australia) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request an appraisal we collect your property address, selling timeframe, your name, mobile number, email address and any message you provide. We also record how you found us (for example the advertising campaign you clicked).

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appraisal or conversation, and provide property advice you've asked for. We don't sell your information.

Cookies and advertising

With your consent, we use Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. These providers may receive information about your visit. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the page footer.

Bookings

When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email, mobile number and property address, and save your booking securely. Your appointment details are sent to Good Move Property's Google Calendar. We check calendar availability without showing other events to visitors. Google handles this information under its privacy policy. Your private management link allows cancellation or rescheduling; keep it confidential.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored securely and access is limited to Good Move Property.
